That's part of the discussion, maybe have it be graduated pricing so
that it's cheapest for those within two releases, but still less than
full-pop for those with versions further back. So while I didn't mention
that explicitly (I left it buried under "many details to sort out") that
is in fact something that's on the table for discussion.
