What a crap.

You have no idea what goes on inside Macromedia. You only see what comes 
out of it. You don't like that. So go somewhere else, and stop whining. 
You have no idea if Tom "does enough" internally, in you opinion, as you 
have no idea what happens internally.

And what's this lawsuit crap? A lawsuit for Macromedia not developing 
director enough? Go make your own cool application, and you can do with 
it what you want. Macromedia does what they want. You don't like it? Go 
somewhere else.

Geez man, people actually read the stuff you post on this list, so think 
a moment before you do.
