So Tom is supposed to lose his job and get sued just so you can find out 
what's in the next version of Director?  And that is all his fault, even 
though its against the law?

Wow dude, you really are a shallow, self centered person.  I am amazed 
that a) it's that important to you, b) you would get upset that someone 
doesn't want to risk a job they love and doing what they want just so 
you can have insider information.
