So are you actually not seeing any animation at all on the models?.. there is animation, and while it's not particularly pronounced, I would have thought it was perceptible.

The boy or girl's body twists to the left or right depending on your side-to-side movement, and the arms move - specifically he/she puts out the arm that's on the 'inside' of the turn. Is it just that you think it's too subtle, or are you actually not seeing any animation?
